Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
